The Secret Of Fishing Lures

When you say fishing, what is the first thing to come to your mind?  Would it be fishing lures?

When it comes to sinkers try taking a different route.  Use your fishing technique to work the weight by lifting it, dragging it, hopping it, shaking it, swimming it and allow the bait to do it's own thing.  Splitshot, Lindy, Carolina, Mojo, Texas, 3 Way Swivel and the Snap are some different type of rigs.

When using topwater lures, the best time is early in the morning or later in the afternoon on those calm, overcast days.  You should be fishing in moderately deep water with temperatures above 50'F. 

However, don't forget that topwater lures have no built in action so it is up to you to put the zigs and zags in.
